The use of technology around the world has increased significantly since the beginning of 2020, accelerated that the COVID-19 pandemic and every sector’s commitment to minimising disruption to operations. Here at Tenable Fire Engineering Consultancy, we will continue to produce all drawings and 3D models using the latest, state-of-the-art technology and will adopt new, relevant technologies where appropriate. However, as an industry, fire and life safety cannot rely solely on technology, as in-person site inspections are a mandatory part of the process. To ensure the original design intent has been upheld and a building has been constructed as per the original drawings, the human element of our process is still necessary.
